Doctors and fitness instructors look at these devices with far less optimism than their distributors.
What is a Slimming Belt?
All existing slimming belts can be divided into two large groups:

- Massage belts.

In addition, do not forget that fat does not melt during normal heating. Deposits can only be broken down by acting on them with enzymes and chemical impulses. This effect occurs when the body receives less calories than it consumes. This means that you can, of course, wear a belt, but only following a diet. Otherwise, you will not find a wasp waist!
Some belts even have extra heat or annoying impregnation (like pepper). They heat up the tissues more, and, therefore, sweating is more active. Massage belts. These are electrical devices that act on the body with magnetic or electrical impulses, as well as vibration. Manufacturers assure that fat under this influence turns into a substance that is much easier to break down.
Unfortunately, vibration also has little effect on fat. We are exposed to vibrations on a daily basis: a ride in a car or a subway can also shake up body fat. Belts that create a magnetic field should not be considered a miracle weight loss tool either. Especially when you consider the fact that doctors do not approve of this way to lose weight, assuring that the consequences can be very dire for health.
Vibrobelt is categorically contraindicated for hypertensive patients, pregnant women, as well as heart disease and nursing mothers. Therefore, if you want to know how to lose weight after childbirth, you need to forget about the vibrobelt. With fragility of blood vessels and after operations on the abdomen, it is also impossible to use such devices.
Sauna belts should not be used by people with sensitive skin or skin problems. Allergy sufferers need to avoid using belts with various irritating impregnations.
No matter how tempting the ad may be, do not forget that diet and exercise remain the most effective means for losing weight. And it is unlikely that you will be able to lose weight lying on the couch in a miracle belt.
